We have recently started producing the World renowned Wagyu Beef, direct from our own herd. Revered by chefs and gastronomists the world over beef from Wagyu cattle has exceptionally high intra muscular fat (marbling) which leads to exceptional flavour and succulence. After the visit of the Hairy bikers Si and Dave to our farm last autumn the tv show went out on the tenth of April , we were lucky to get five minutes of the show dedicated to Wagyu F1 cross beef .
